Puppet Workshop

Primary four were very excited about their opportunity to develop their acting, puppetry and ventriloquism skills on Thursday.

On Thursday morning, all the classes arrived in the assembly hall. A man named told us he had about 260 puppets! So he has more puppets than pupils in SPS!  He told us the story of Red Riding Hood with the help of some pupils.

Later, in primary 4 and 5's puppet workshop, we are given hints on making puppets look like they are talking: give them a funny voice, keep your mouth open and don't use the letters m, p or b... easy enough!

We told the story of The Piper of Hamlet and we used lots of different puppets to tell the story. We are looking forward to when he comes back!
