In talking and listening, we discussed the film WALL-E and its characters and theme. We kept exploring WALL-E in our grammar focus, adjectives. We explored describing words and match them to either WALL-E, EVE or a sand storm. Later, we realised how important adjectives are when someone tried to describe a picture and others had to draw it! It was much easier when the person used lots of adjectives and descriptions.

Today, we were visited by our community nurse, Vicky Anderson. She talked us through the Eat Well Plate and different types of food. We found out how much of different foods are good for us and what each type of food does to keep us healthy!

In RME, we role played a quick Gurdwara service and discussed how people show respect when visiting a Gurdwara. We seem to really be enjoying our Sikh topic and learning a lot about respecting others' beliefs.
