Last week Stromness Primary were treated to some traditional Burns night festivities. Once we'd taken our seats a haggis at lunch, a haggis was paraded into the dinning room by the primary 5s with a piper leading the way on bagpipes.![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEich9pl1sfjhYu_Xz38UTh7PJbVJXBlV95tTwRpPfhUImz45er5lQrb3kli8vqABsenPvoKnWsonniWhF9KKIZtGXgzuoTeaM-y7NIXgd4TZLzU5FsHT3kl1XSIhxSYBUgXWcfa6_7oASY/s320/P1030755.JPG)
After we were read some Burns poetry and joined in a toast to the haggis, we tucked into some mince, tatties and clapshot, with haggis for those who fancied it.
